Deliverance Follows Obedience

Deliverance Follows Obedience
Prepare your heart to seek God for obedience that you may observe and do all that Christ has commanded through His holy apostles.
"For then will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the LORD, to serve Him with one consent." (Zephaniah 3:9)

Original Bill of Rights for the Body of Christ Restored

We, the founders, apostles, and elders of the Second 8th Week Apostolic Institute of Theology, confirmed ministers of Jesus Christ, do hereby set forth and ordain these rights on this day, December 11, 2005. With this landmark initiative and declaration we are expressing the convictions of every Christian that their redemption should be a living, daily experience and that their faith should reflect the very fundamental, spiritual blessings that Jesus died on the cross to provide. These rights, originally enjoyed by the early church, have been obscured by centuries of religious traditions and theological dogma that shrouded Christ in mystery. In restoring the Headship of Jesus Christ to the Church through Apostolic Governance we are restoring these rights to the Church:

1. The right of the people to an education that teaches the distinctions between the Witness of the Spirit and the witness of the flesh. Thus, the right of the people to express faith in Jesus Christ free of the witness of the flesh.

2. The right of the people to an education that teaches the distinctions between following the Record of Christ and following the record of the conscience. Thus, the right of the people to express faith in Jesus Christ free of condemnation.

3. The right of the people to an education that teaches how the curse of Sin and Death plays out psychologically upon the mind, emotions, conscience and will, and how to recognize and measure the evidences of this condition. Thus, the right of the people to express faith in Jesus Christ that daily breaks this cycle of death unto death.

4. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to understand the healing properties of Jesus Christ’s power upon the mind, emotions, conscience, will, and how to recognize and measure the evidences of this healing. Thus, the right of the people to express faith in Jesus Christ that is living.

5. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to unequivocally assess the veracity of the spiritual claims of one who comes in the name of Christ promising deliverance and transformation. Thus, the right of the people to express faith in Jesus Christ free of spiritual manipulation.

6. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to unambiguously discern truth from error so the soul can choose in full cognition which path it desires to take. Thus, the right of the people to express faith in Jesus Christ free of ambiguity.

7. The right of the people to an education that provides a full ontology of faith processes that once and for all teach how to please God fully; an ontology of faith processes that do not change from month to month or year to year, which principles are not tied to financial incentives, are stable, understandable, and can provide a lasting spiritual change to the soul without wearying the will. Thus, the right of the people to express faith in Jesus Christ free of paradoxes and financial exploitation.

8. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to recognize the traditions of man and to separate these from the traditions of Christ. Thus, the right of the people to express faith in Jesus Christ free of traditions that rob faith from the heart and cause faith to die.

9. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to recognize the distinctions between service to God under the First Covenant and service to God under the Second Covenant. Thus, the right of the people to experience the virtues of Christ upon the soul rather than trying to fit the soul to the mold of Moses.

10. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to build the spiritual Altar of Christ within the heart with the 12 stones of the elements of the gospel, and upon this altar to offer the spiritual sacrifices of prophecy that glorify God and edify the soul. Thus, the right of the people to fulfill their duties as royal priests after the priesthood of Jesus Christ.

11. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to daily experience the fullness of Jesus Christ instead of forever journeying to attain it. Thus, the right of the people to experience the redemption of Christ as a present reality, free from the Journey Mask.

12. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to live holy without the intrusion of fleshly constraints as governed by the Law of Moses. Thus, the right of the people to experience holiness as a present reality, apart from hypocrisy and free from the Journey Mask.

13. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to sanctify oneself from the world without physically separating oneself from friends, family and society. Thus, the right of the people to set their distinction in Christ for separation, free of spiritual manipulation.

14. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to live peaceably with other faith protocols without feeling compelled or induced by leadership to convert them. Thus, respecting the rights of others to their own beliefs.

15. The right of people to an education that teaches the difference between the works of the covenant that produce virtue in the soul and the works of the flesh that imitate Christ and produce false equity and false peace in the soul. Thus, the right of the people to express faith in Jesus Christ free of the Exigent Faith symptom called “Half-Life” that brings the soul into confusion.

16. The right of the people to an education that teaches the true meaning of deliverance, healing, and prosperity of soul that Jesus Christ promised. Thus, the right of the people to experience Christ daily, free from emotional exploitation of faith promises that are based on fables.

17. The right of the people to an education of faith that teaches the difference between spiritual healing and physical healing. Thus, the right of the people to experience Christ daily, free from emotional exploitation of faith promises that are based on fables.

18. The right of the people to an education that differentiates between will worship and worship in Spirit and truth. Thus, the right of the people to experience the tangible impact of grace upon the will daily, God giving substance to their hope.

19. The right of the people to an education that differentiates between the high calling of Christ to salvation through the believer’s priesthood and the 5 callings to government. Thus, the right of the people to give through their own stewardship of God’s grace for the growth of others through their priesthood duties at the Altar of Christ.

20. The right of the people to an education that allows them to receive the nourishment of truth through the 5 offices of spiritual government without intrusion into their personal lives, tastes, styles, physical habits and preferences. Thus, the right of the people to receive from the elders the stewardship of God’s grace based upon the principles of Christ rather than their own aspirations and principles that bias the grace of God.

21. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to use the tools of the Second Covenant. Thus, the right of the people to express faith that is made living through the Spirit.

22. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to assemble under the law of grace and truth to keep the feast of charity. Thus, the right of the people to experience the bond of charity, which covers a multitude of offences and brings the soul into rest, and unites the soul and spirit together in one under the law of grace and keeps the expression of faith free of offenses, emulation, strife, envy, competition, imagination, and lust.

23. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to make personal choices for life outside of the assembly in keeping with wisdom and prudence. Thus, the right of the people to focus faith on Jesus Christ rather than on Themistic Law and circumstances of life; able to experience daily the equity of God’s grace upon soul and spirit and the peace of God that passes all understanding.

24. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to live free of the false spiritual covering and accountability of relationships imposed by false spiritual government. Thus, the right of the people to place accountability in truth and accept the Headship of Jesus Christ.

25. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to receive refuge under the true government of God and freely partake of the grace of the 5 callings. Thus, the right of the people to abide steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship and the right of the people to place their confidence in God and the stewardship of His grace through His government.

26. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to pursue the government calling God has selected for each individual believer. Thus, the right of the people to steward the grace of God through the calling of apostle, or prophet, or evangelist, or pastor, or teacher, and their freedom from the confusion of many man-made callings that are not carried by the Spirit of God.

27. The right of the people to quintessential truth, free of philosophy and personal precepts. Thus, the right of the people to be free of truth that is in-part and free from the never ending journey towards truth. Free to abide in truth we are free to abide in Christ and express His virtues according to His righteousness.

28. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to serve God free of ambition, aspiration, and personal principles. Thus, the right of the people to replace their aspiration with faith and to follow the principle of Christ for righteousness to meet God’s expectation perfectly.

29. The right of the people to an education that teaches one how to resist the devil without the calling down of angels, binding or loosing, or the projecting of one’s aspiration and imagination with incantations of scriptures. Thus, the right of the people to overcome Satan without themselves coming into exploitation; to daily enjoy the liberty of Christ and daily enter into His rest.

30. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to serve God without contaminating faith with one’s imagination. Thus, the right of the people to overcome Satan’s snares; to serve God with the virtues of Christ rather than the virtues of one’s own imagery.

31. The right of the people to an education that teaches the lawful purpose of the imagination, the signature, and the sovereignty of will. Thus, the right of the people to faith that is free from the confusion over the pattern of one’s own signature and the pattern of the signature of Christ and the freedom from placing confidence in one’s personal strengths rather than in the grace of God.

32. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to serve God without the gifts, talents and strengths born in the soul, rather with only the things God provided through Jesus Christ for our faith. Thus, the right of the people to the mediation of Jesus Christ.

33. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to serve God free of the earthly and first covenant tools of the tithe, earthly communion, the various seasonal ritual washings, water baptism, footwashings, food indulgences or abstainments, certain physical clothing items, crucifixes, imagery, buildings, musical accompaniment, festivals, holy days, the Ten Commandments, dancing and musical enchantments, and the Sabbath day observation, or other activities related to First Covenant holy days. Thus, the right of the people to the reality of Christ rather than the symbolism of Christ.

34. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to abide in the Doctrine of Christ provided through living apostles to prevent deviation from the plan God has for the reconciliation of mankind to Himself. Thus, the right of the people to the Headship of Jesus Christ, the gifts, callings, graces of God, the priesthood sacrifices of prophecy, the effectual working power of the Holy Ghost, the virtues of Christ formed in the heart, Christ-Centered Spiritual Transformation; faith that is free from paradoxes; faith that is able to reciprocate to God in kind; faith that increases the soul in the likeness of Christ.

35. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to be holy as God is holy without addressing one’s appearance, style of dressing, or other personal preferences. Thus, the right of the people to express Christ as their holiness; the right to express holiness that is removed from personal bias; the right to holiness that is not defined as a journey, rather a present reality.

36. The right of the people to an education that differentiates between God’s sanctified charity through Jesus Christ and charity through human benevolence. Thus, the right of the people to follow the law of the Spirit, which is easy, and free of the heavy burden that demands we try to imitate Christ after the flesh.

37. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to pray always in the Spirit in order to build ourselves up in the most holy faith. Thus, the right of the people to increase in the grace of God.

38. The right to an education that teaches how to keep our vessels full of faith by laboring with the spiritual tools of the Second Covenant, which God has authorized and sanctified for our contact with Him. Thus, the right of the people to increase in the grace of God, enter into His rest, and reciprocate to God in kind.

39. The right of the people to an education that differentiates between the covenant of Adam, the covenant of Abraham, the covenant of Moses, the covenant of David, and the covenant of Christ. Thus, the right of the people to walk by faith not by sight; to follow the traditions of Christ that the Spirit of God enters into.

40. The right of the people to an education that expresses the design that God set within the exchange of charity and not the design of man’s aspirations of charity. Thus, the right of the people to express faith in God free of their own aspirations, which bring the soul into bondage.

41. The right of the people to an education that teaches the distinctions between faith that follows Themistic law and faith that follows the pattern of grace and truth. Thus, the right of the people to faith that God’s Spirit bears witness to rather than a faith that man’s conscience bears witness to.

42. The right of the people to an education that differentiates between the propitiation of Christ and the doctrine of substitutionism that exploits faith. Thus, the right of the people to experience the living reality of the resurrection of Jesus Christ upon their souls, rather than a summary trade.

43. The right of the people to an education that differentiates between the remission of sin and the forgiveness of sins, so that one is not mistaken for the other and the needful daily priestly labor seen as unnecessary. Thus, the right of the people to experience the daily mediation of Jesus Christ and to then experience the tangible evidences of Christ as the Spirit of God gives substance to their hope.

44. The right of the people to an education that provides spiritual emancipation through Jesus Christ, spiritual reconstruction through the Second Covenant, with the sanctified spiritual tools which God provides for this purpose. Thus, the right of the people to experience the powers of the world to come.

45. The right of the people to an education that teaches the processes of Satan's temptations to man through knowledge, aspiration and principle. Thus, the right of the people to make choices of faith that remove them from these snares.

46. The right of the people to an education that encompasses all of God’s inspired writings. Thus, the right of the people to express faith in God free of fear.

47. The right of the people to an education that brings back the Book of Enoch and the writings of Adam and Eve, that all may understand the truth of our history, our origin, and our spiritual destiny, and understand the full intent of Satan’s intrusion into this world and his collaboration with the Fallen Watchers. Thus, the right of the people to express faith in God that is free of this contamination.

48. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to have a relationship with God distinguishable from the many voices in the world that imitate godliness and spirituality. Thus, the right of the people to express faith in God that is free of the confusion of many voices and godliness apart from the power of the Spirit.

49. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to take confidence in the things of the Spirit which draw faith from our hearts concerning Christ’s work of healing in our souls rather than confidence in the peace, security and perishable possessions of health, wealth and prosperity in the world. Thus, the right of the people to faith that removes the yoke of bondage.

50. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to recognize and benefit from the presence of God. Thus, the right of the people to walk in righteousness.

51. The right of the people to an education that differentiates between the fundamental knowledge of Christ and the foundation doctrine of Christ upon which the activity of faith is built. Thus, the right of the people to a faith that not only acknowledges Jesus Christ, but allows them to mold with Him and submit to Him according to the terms of His covenant.

52. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to embrace the one Doctrine of Christ that is free from paradoxes and ambiguity that we may focus upon building Christ in the inner man instead of endless theological debates which divide the Church and vex the soul. Thus, the right of the people to remain steadfast in Christ.

53. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to live free from sin without addressing life in the flesh or imposing a moral code upon the flesh. Thus, the right of the people to experience the virtues of Christ in the record and in the witness of the Spirit, against which there is no contradiction.

54. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to understand the elements of the gospel for a full and complete participation of faith with nothing lacking. Thus, the right of the people to understand God’s initiation towards them and their own response and participation.

55. The right of the people to an education that teaches pattern recognition skills so that all spiritual phenomena can be accurately identified as to its originating kingdom, light or darkness. Thus, the right of the people to know the difference between what God has authorized for the testing of faith and what God has sanctified in Christ for the experience of our faith.

56. The right of the people to an education that teaches the process of spiritual transformation; to understand the cycles of growth and experience confidence in advancing in Christ; not falling prey to doubt, double-mindedness or fables devised to ensnare the weak. Thus, the right of the people to their own voice in regard to their own spiritual growth.

57. The right of the people to an education that teaches the truth about our spiritual inheritance in the Baptism of Light. Thus, the right of the people to the hope of their eternal inheritance.

58. The right of the people to an education of faith that teaches how to serve God free of man-made traditions yet allows for the retainment of cultural and signature diversity in matters of every day life. Thus, the right of the people to fulfill their signature and express themselves and not confuse this expression with the expression of faith, which is in Jesus Christ.

59. The right of the people to an education of faith that is exclusive of error and inclusive of truth. Thus, the right of the people to fulfill the command of God that faith be without partiality.

60. The right of the people to an education of faith that provides a doctrine and discipline that does not change, and is dependable in its power to heal the soul with consistent application. Thus, the right of the people to know God and grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

61. The right of the people to an education of faith that teaches how to serve God perfectly free of gender application, gender responsibility or gender preference. Thus, the right of the people to follow the law of grace rather than the law of gender for faith and fulfill the command of God that faith be without partiality.

62. The right of the people to an education that explains the manifold graces of God and how to recognize the presence of holy angels, their role, and how to yield the will in submission to the inspiration of grace which they bring. Thus, the right of the people to know God and grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ; the right of the people to express faith free from the exploitation of others “speaking a word into their lives.”

63. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to experience the Sabbath rest of Jesus Christ on a daily basis without being compelled to observe it as a day of the week. Thus, the right of the people to behold Christ in His government, His truth, and His Spirit. Through their labor with Christ’s tools they are free to rest from their labor with iniquity.

64. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to fulfill one’s purpose through the record of Christ, the tools of the covenant, the priesthood service and stewardship of grace. Thus, the right of the people to free themselves from the exploitation of those who would teach them to find God’s purpose for them through the talents born of their own signature. The right of the people to know the will of God in Christ Jesus rather than to look for the will of God in themselves.

65. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to experience God's involvement over their souls for the remission of sins through the daily cycles of regeneration with the tools of the covenant without having to appeal to God through acts of contrition, cries of repentance, vows of finances, or other human constructs for atonement. Thus, the right of the people to the cycles of repentance unto life as their repentance is sealed in Christ. And the right of the people to free themselves from the cycles of repentance unto death.

66. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to use all things sanctified for the divine increase of the soul. Thus, the right of the people to faith that is based on reflection of Christ rather than projection of one’s own imagination.

67. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to choose light over darkness; the right to choose divine dependency over spiritual autonomy. Thus, the right of the people to remain in God’s care.

68. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to recognize the death of the old man as the power of grace forms the fruits of Christ in the soul. Thus, the right of the people to experience the spiritual circumcision of Christ applied to the soul; the right to this experience without exploitation of faith through fables that inspire the soul with similitude, but do not create the reality of Christ.

69. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to access the throne of grace daily through the sanctified New Covenant activity of faith that is in Jesus Christ. Thus, the right of the people to experience the manifold graces of God daily drawing faith from the heart, giving strength to the will, giving a heart to perceive Christ, providing a bond of unity between soul and spirit, producing humbleness of mind, single mindedness, sober mindedness, and awakening the soul.

70. The right of the people to an education that teaches how to focus faith on Christ rather than trying to prove faith against human frailty. Thus, the right of the people to experience the freedom from the working of sin within the soul, the freedom from trying to prove Christ through earth bound things and the freedom from the crisis this pattern brings to faith.

71. The right of the people to identify one's calling to the Church (as confirmed into one of the 5 government callings) and not hide the calling under the false auspices of piety. Thus, the right of the people to identify with the virtues of Christ rather than false piety; the right to express Christ from the foundation of truth rather than set accountability in false humility; the right to receive the witness of God over the witness of man; the right to acknowledge the Headship of Jesus Christ through His government; the right to steward the grace of God under the authority of God’s grace.
