Deliverance Follows Obedience

Deliverance Follows Obedience
Prepare your heart to seek God for obedience that you may observe and do all that Christ has commanded through His holy apostles.
"For then will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the LORD, to serve Him with one consent." (Zephaniah 3:9)

Seeking shelter from the storm in Christ

I woke this morning from a dream in which passions were blinding judgment with justifications. I saw, as an observer of myself, how desire worked to set a course for completion paved with justifications before any actions were taken or thoughts were communicated.

This exposed a vulnerability. This blinding effect took place much sooner than I would've thought. The imagination was actively seeking to fulfill desire. Passions, aroused by this expectation, quickly progressed from a disturbance to a storm to a hurricane.

As with a weather system forming off shore, a likely course of land destruction could be predicted. All of this took place before any outward expression of intent.

When I first opened my mouth in the dream, it was clear to me as an observer that I was seeking to follow the desire through to completion by the words I was choosing. I was seeking to get another to join me in my intended plan.

I could see the seed of iniquity had been sown through the window of the imagination and had been noticed but not reported by the guard standing at the door of my conscience.

The old man was already working on a plot to conceal it from judgment while quietly nurturing it off in a corner until it was too well established to simply pluck up and destroy. This was beginning to block the gate of my conscience and was already casting a shadow by blocking light.

I could see how the 5 step process was helping to better expose and identify toxins which had been previously ingested without notice. These toxins weakened faith and resulted in making excuses to hide vulnerabilities which couldn't be understood instead of seeking qualified assistance.

Asking, "Why am I weak? I'll go to work anyway... Probably not contagious."

The 5 Steps focus us on our need for daily health checks. We cannot labor at the altar with infirmities. We must labor in strength of perfect faith. When we nurture infirmities we are perfecting sin in the heart... the very thing we are asking the Lord to purge.

Let us not overlook the signs of weakened wills for fear of being dismissed from our duties but be quick to seek remedy from Christ through His chief stewards who are trained and equipped to apply His healing balm, bind up, and even set bones when needed.

For He has sent them as helpers of our joy.

Bodies act upon bodies

This morning, upon waking into a cycle of growth in which my mind was dominated by needs of the day, I stepped through the process of overcoming and having gained God's perspective, I received the words, "Bodies act upon bodies."

I began reflecting upon this by taking out a blank sheet of paper and writing it at the top. I then began exploring this and the Spirit continued ministering to me as I labored with this gift of grace.

Powers are assigned to bodies to give mobility and function to the body. This is true with our own bodies of flesh. This is true with the body of this world which has been assigned powers that act upon it. Each body has a throne. Our throne is the power of our will. The powers assigned to the bodies petition the throne (seeking to influence it.) We see this with a local government petitioning the state government which petitions the federal government. Every body has a throne and every throne has powers petitioning it to influence it. "Bodies act upon bodies."

These powers come from beneath and from above. We have powers within our bodies assigned for the functioning of our bodies (environment) which demand our attention. We have powers without our bodies assigned for the functioning of the body of this world (environment). Those powers play upon us as well. We need to eat, drink water, and seek shelter from heat and cold.

We also see that our genealogy acts upon us to influence us with the traditions and doctrines of our fathers which were built upon the traditions and doctrines of their fathers. These bodies also act upon our bodies and petition our throne (power of our will) to influence our choices.

So we see "Bodies act upon bodies" can have to do with demands upon the will to influence the will. We see that these can originate from:
self: originating from within... needs and desires of the flesh.
Satan: originating from without... power of darkness which stands independent from the Light of God.
world: originating from without... rhythm of nature... bodies acting upon bodies (cycles of moon influences tides, cycles of sun affecting morning dew...)

We also see that "Bodies act upon bodies" has to do with Christ (power and will of God) upon our being awakened by Him.

Adam was awakened by God and only knew God. He had not yet known (experienced) the effects of separation from God. He was a body of water being fed by its source... as a clear stream. God allowed another body to act upon him so that God could reward him according to his choice. God had given him counsel by advising him to not eat of the forbidden fruit. God allowed contradictory counsel to be presented to him. He now faced two opposing petitions to his throne. He chose to yield to Satan's counsel and became a puddle of water cut off from its source... no longer able to sustain life within or to offer sustenance to others.

We were awakened by God having already known evil. We had not yet known (experienced) the pleasure of being joined to God. We were pools of stagnant water unable to sustain life within or to offer sustenance to others although we didn't see ourselves from that perspective. This is the perspective we were awakened to. We became aware of having been cut off from our source (Light and Life of God).

Knowledge is an appetite. The appetite is to gain experience (knowledge). We have many opposing appetites. We want to know God but we are also being petitioned within and without by powers calling upon us to explore ourselves, the world, and our genealogies. These can be grouped by their originating sources. The power of inspiration to know God originates from God who awakened us to Christ. The other powers of inspiration are from beneath... outside of us but also without the Father.

These opposing appetites are no different than the choice Adam was given to choose between the knowledge of God and the knowledge of evil. By the knowledge of God we know and gain experience with His divine fullness. By the knowledge of evil we gain further experience with separation from His divine fullness. There are no shades of gray. We are either knowing (gaining experience with) good or evil. If we find ourselves thinking that we are doing both... we deceive ourselves. Let us be mindful of the bodies acting upon our throne and choose wisely as those who have received good counsel from our Creator to keep themselves joined to Him as their only source of Life and Light.

Christ forms the basis for our spiritual growth in Him

I was thinking of how Christ being our foundation goes beyond the doctrine that forms the foundation layer. The laying of the foundation of Christ in our hearts by instruction in the apostles doctrine levels the ground, stakes out the boundaries, and makes every necessary preparation to convert a plot of wasted land into a building site fit for major construction.

But, the foundation of Christ does not not remain on the ground floor. The base upon which we stand by faith rises as we build with it by faith. Like each floor of a sky scraper. Truth teaches us how to build, prepares us for building, teaches us how to use the necessary tools... The anointing speaks to our labor of faith with grace and truth. We cannot experience the anointing without our faith raising up from the ashes. (I will give you beauty for ashes.) The beauty of holiness is seen in the anointing of truth but if faith simply continues to examine the building site without ever rising up, what was the value of receiving the doctrine? The purpose of the seed is not to fill the soil with seeds. The purpose of the seed is to produce a tree with branches bearing fruit season after season... grace upon grace.

I experienced a cycle of growth where I felt like glancing over the edge and being paralyzed by fear. Then I stopped and reflected. I'm rooted in Christ and He is the basis of my confidence. This foundation and building is sure. This was met with a surged of faith rising up in my heart. Our refuge draws from the experience we gain in laboring with faith to increase. With each cycle of growth we build upon previous cycles. Just as a tree does not revert to its first form each night and start over. Each day brings new growth from the basis of previous growth cycles.

Confidence increasing as opposed to standing in doubt of the progression of our faith and worrying about the ability of the first foundation to sustain so much building. While the buildings of men topple due to faulty foundations, the building of Christ cannot fail for we are building on the foundation from which everything came into being. Of course... there is also a temptation to take ownership of our growth and set this confidence within ourselves and outside of this necessary process... but we have given ourselves over to Christ... and He will also give Himself over us in the 10th week and 7th part... the final rest for the Lord upon the completion of all His labor.

Incredible!

Prototypes - Hebrews 11 - Elders (S8W Ministries Online Assembly)

For the knowledge of God is increasing through the lips of the righteous to confirm the prophecy of Daniel for these end times for our confidence to build His House.

The mysteries of the Father is made known in the face of Jesus Christ Who being the fullness of God for us shares with us His living Bread.

The fruit of His Voice defines our charity in the words we speak to increase the harvest of God in the hearts that hear.

Maintaining the mind of Christ by faithful labor with gift of grace

Why do want to establish good habits of faith? Faith joins us to Christ that we may see clearly from His perspective.

What are we seeing clearly? Whatever we look upon. As when Enoch, Abraham, Isaiah, John, and Hermas were shown things in heavenly realms with angelic guides. What they saw needed explaining. What they looked upon required knowledge for understanding.

The thought occurred to me this morning that if we find ourselves asking scale questions like, "is this a good habit of faith" we end up with a disconnect. We end up saying, this is a habit of faith and that is just a habit not pertaining to faith... neither good nor evil. But being neither good nor evil doesn't make it good... the disconnect is in thinking that some choices sit on the fence and are therefore need not be measured on the scale of truth.

We are taught very early on in coming into covenant to establish new habits of faith... use the tools... to assist is in gaining experience with working cooperatively with the assisted ability of the Spirit. To assist us in gaining His perspective so we can stand in it.

So a better question would be, am I standing in God's perspective or do I have blind spots in my vision... places I refuse to look upon for fear of discovery? Like that closet door you hope your guests won't open after you made a hurried preparation for their visit.

Not all choices are choices of faith. But all our choices should be made while having the mind of Christ (which we gain by having established these good habits of faith keeping us joined to the access He provides to His grace and truth through His hub of stewardship.)

When we begin to separate some choices from godly examination, we begin to show evil favoredness. We begin to show partiality. We begin to say... this one doesn't need to go through security... it's a personal friend of mine... but we aren't ambassadors of our own kingdoms. We have given our power and authority over to Christ... who are we to be inviting our personal friends into His Temple?

Would you continue to employ a home monitoring service that didn't notify you of EVERY break-in? If you found out they were letting in some people because, "they looked alright to me." Of course not. So it is also with us as we are now standing as porters at the door of our conscience. To do this well we MUST stand in His Light... we might look into the shadows to investigate a problem but we must not stand in that shadow while trying to discern. We must step back out of the shadow and bring it under the clarity of the grace and truth.

In using the 5 steps as a tool in taking every thought captive, I've been noticing choices I make mindlessly that had been flying under the radar so to speak.

I'm beginning to recognize a pattern by observing this behavior and am seeking the Lord for assistance. I'm reminded of what Apostle Paul wrote:

1 Corinthians 6:12   All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.

If I'm making mindless choices... There must be a power influencing my will other than grace. I'm beginning to recognize a distortion cloaked in natural daily choices.

As property of Christ, I cannot be caught off guard allowing unseen powers to gain free access to my will. I would look like a foolish guard caught sleeping on the job.

As Paul wrote, I will make sure all my choices are made with cognitive, sober minded, reason: stepping back from the familiar shadows to stand in the perspective of grace before making the choice.

This way, I know the powers influencing my will and none will be able to take advantage of blind spots.

So my scale question, "Am I standing in God's perspective or trying to discern again from the perspective of my first birth?"

What I want to remember today: Not all choices are choices of faith. But all our choices should be made while having the mind of Christ.

Charity is not unseemly nor does she seek her own

The world counts factual as truth but truth reveals the motives of God's own heart.

The world says we should follow our hearts but God says we must follow His first, at this time, in this season, while there remains any distinction.

The desire of our hearts is neither good nor evil.

The pursuit of our hearts desire is not charity.

Charity gives expression to the heart of God (truth).

We are no longer servants of our own hearts but are called as servants of grace which desires charity:

1 Corinthians  13:4 Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,  13:5 Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;  13:6 Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;  13:7 Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.

Beyond the Veil (S8W Ministries Online Assembly)

Those that fellowship with doubt fail to see the face of God and resist His grace to preserve the substance of the aspirations which is a lie.

The Spirit of the Lord exposes the weeds which separate themselves sensually by the logic of this world. For the anointing teaches and gives us eyes to discern both good and evil.

We shall be known of Him by His fruit alone

We did not come from the water and soil. God created physical bodies for us from the water and soil. We inhabit these bodies just as we inhabit a hotel room while traveling away from home.

We are as prodigal sons and daughters who are realizing that we have squandered all that we received from God on our own pleasure.

He gave us wisdom we used to study the rhythm and pattern of nature for gaining honor from man and increasing knowledge.

He gave us skills and unique talents we used for gaining honor from man.

He spoke to us through His servants Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Moses, and David.
He spoke in confirmation of those He had sent through His prophets.
All these spoke of Christ who was to come and bridge the breech caused by molding confidence with a lie.

He sent Christ in the form of flesh called Jesus to take us beyond the barrier Moses could pass through. He demonstrated His record for our faith to show us His ways of covenant, stewardship, priesthood, and His prophetic path by which He remained holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and higher than the heavens even yet while in the form of flesh which had no bearing on the record He set for us to follow after.

He opened the understanding of His apostles by revelation after His death, resurrection, and ascension. Even though they had walked with him while He was in the form of flesh and had witnessed and performed many miracles, they had not yet fully understood the concealed sign set within this pattern manifested by Him.

This is the true record and pattern made living by His Spirit. To worship Him we must walk by faith in Spirit and in Truth for these three function as one and hold no independent value. Even as Jesus said, why do you call me good? He said this because the person was resisting grace and isolating Jesus from the Godhead.

Now upon our awakening to the fact that we are as prodigal sons and daughters, many are tempted to think the remedy is to now use the wisdom, skills, and unique talents for the honor of God and that this must logically be what it means to turn from self to God... but this is a lie.

We came forth from God but are less than God. We cannot please Him from this form of inequity. As God showed under the Law of Moses, the lower form must be put to death. He demonstrated this also by taking a form of no reputation and allowing Himself to smitten and hung up on a cross to die. So must we die to ourselves, not seek to honor Him with ourselves.

But our death is of no value to Himself or to us. What then is of any value? Faith in Christ. God sent Christ in the form of flesh to manifest a pattern in the form of flesh to us to follow after even while in the form of flesh. So then, the flesh does not defile faith in God through Christ when the flesh is denied expression of self and we follow after His record by working with His Spirit instead.

To walk with God, who is Spirit, we must receive of His Spirit. To walk with God in Spirit, we must receive of His Truth. His Spirit and Truth came by Jesus Christ and it is by faith in Christ Jesus that we honor God. God gave us the pattern and power for the priesthood in the person of Jesus Christ. Grace + Suffering = Glory and Honor. There can be no progression or increase of faith within restricting the flesh from having any bearing on faith in Christ.

Therefore let us set our focus on God through Christ who provides for the correcting of our vision through sending forth preachers of truth walking in the power of His Spirit. We shall know them by His grace.

Tearing down strong holds and high places that stand against Christ

I was watching a mayor in Oklahoma on the news after a second wave of massive tornadoes went through the same area in a week after an F5 passed through. He was saying that they are fine and was proud of how good they were at dealing with these adversities and how good they were at rebuilding. He was proud of their tenacity and saw this as a virtue he was pleased to see getting national attention.

I thought of how we can see a parable in this concerning how the high places were built up within our souls.

2 Corinthians 10:3-6
3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
6 And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

These began as paths as we wandered aimlessly without a compass and a map before our conversion and learning to labor with perfect faith at the altar of Christ. As we wandered we found ourselves repeating certain courses as we instinctually preferred familiarity even in new things. These paths became trails and these trails became well worn. Eventually, we began to build up fences to protect these trails we had labored so hard to establish and as those proved insufficient, we built up walls.

We had found some sense of peace and security in the familiarity of hose places we frequented along those trails. They had become our way and we wanted no man to disrupt our way. Some selected writings from this book or that to justify the way they had already established for themselves and some decorated their walls with images they found appealing in those writings.

Leviticus 26:30
And I will destroy your high places, and cut down your images, and cast your carcases upon the carcases of your idols, and my soul shall abhor you.

It never crossed our minds that it was God causing growth to cover our courses and it was God bringing animals to trample our trails and it was God causing our fences to rot and to be kicked over by beasts of the field and it was God who crashed trees down upon our walls. We had sanctified the virtue of tenacity we had found within ourselves and we couldn't even imagine that God would find fault with something we found so much good in.

God was saying to us, I never led you in that way.

Apostle Paul wrote, we cast down imaginations... how? By taking every thought captive and measuring it upon the scale of truth. He includes every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God. These are those walls we built to  preserve our familiar way from falling subject to loss. Each time we were challenged in our way we determined to rebuild bigger, better, and stronger. These have to now be torn down but we cannot do so on our own for to do so we would have to stand in our way.

God says, "I will lead you in My Way. I will send a steward to instruct you in My foundation knowledge that you may learn to labor with My grace by which I awakened you. You heard My voice when I woke you, listen to My voice now as I send servants to teach you."

I remember when I was first awakened by grace, I ended up going to various churches looking for fellowship with others who had also been awakened. After a year I found myself preaching a gospel they had taught me from evangelistic tracts which did not speak with the same voice I heard when I first woke. The same thing happened to the children of Israel.

Jeremiah 7:22-28
22 For I spake not unto your fathers, nor commanded them in the day that I brought them out of the land of Egypt, concerning burnt offerings or sacrifices:
23 But this thing commanded I them, saying, Obey my voice, and I will be your God, and ye shall be my people: and walk ye in all the ways that I have commanded you, that it may be well unto you.
24 But they hearkened not, nor inclined their ear, but walked in the counsels and in the imagination of their evil heart, and went backward, and not forward.
25 Since the day that your fathers came forth out of the land of Egypt unto this day I have even sent unto you all my servants the prophets, daily rising up early and sending them:
26 Yet they hearkened not unto me, nor inclined their ear, but hardened their neck: they did worse than their fathers.
27 Therefore thou shalt speak all these words unto them; but they will not hearken to thee: thou shalt also call unto them; but they will not answer thee.
28 But thou shalt say unto them, This is a nation that obeyeth not the voice of the Lord their God, nor receiveth correction: truth is perished, and is cut off from their mouth.

History, familiarity, repeats itself. And so does the wrath of God show forth consistency against man's rejection of His stewards.

Therefore now is the time to see with the ear and obey the voice of the Lord. Step aside from those familiar ways to walk in the way of righteousness according to grace and truth. Learn to walk after the Spirit and the Lord will cause those high places and images to fade away back to the dust from which they came. This is the promise of purging to free us from those high places that cut us off from His glorious Light. Praise God!

Are you sewing yourself into the thread of death or laying hold on the thread of Life?

Before any of us were anything we began as thoughts formed in the mind of God and given a portion of His Light and His Name.

Our form and portion of His Name can be understood as a letter being a portion of a word. The letter standing alone could form any word and so it lacks meaning by itself. It is only when joined back to the word from which it came that it finds the purpose and meaning of its origin and destiny.

Our portion of His Light is as a single color in the spectrum of pure light when divided by a prism. You can think of this also as a single color from a rainbow of colors. Every portion of Light is less than the light from which it came in both brightness and intensity. While any light in a dark room will look bright (even as the moon looks bright in the night sky while only being a dim reflection of the light from the sun), in the presence of its source Light, it's brightness and individual color fades away. We see this also in how brightly colored cars or fabrics fade in time from exposure to the light of the sun.

This is who we all are. We were all taken from our first estate in the bosom of the Father, placed within a trance, taken through a veil, and set within this dark dimension (which we call our universe) for the purpose of being tested and rewarded according to our choices of faith.

In order to function within this dimension, we were given bodies (like environmental suits used to explore deep seas.) So we first existed as entities in the mind of God, took the form of a letter and color assigned by God, and then took the form of flesh (also assigned by God) within a long lineage beginning with Adam (even Eve was taken from Adam.) But our true origin began before our first birth into this dimension. This is why Jesus said we must be born again... not by water but by fire.

John 3:3
Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

1 Peter 1:23
Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

It is only by exposure to the grace and truth of God that our awareness of our first existence begins to dawn on us.

This dawning is known as the Day Star rising in our hearts. The presence and power of God working in the hearts of all those who learn of and keep covenant with Him begins to thaw everything that was frozen from the winter season so that work can begin within the field of our souls to bring forth fruit pleasing in the sight of God.)

So then, there is the first thread of our pre-existence which is interrupted by the veil separating Light from darkness. While we came forth from the Light, we cannot see God in our present form (letter and color.)

Another thread began with our first birth into this dimension (known by the angels of fire as the waters.) From that thread we became knit together in the fabric of garments of death (which most call life.) King David referred to this dark dimension as the valley of the shadow of death (Psalm 23:4)

As Jesus said, we cannot see God or know Him by the perspective of that first birth or by the limited form and dimness of our own letter and color. We must be joined back to the Word and Light from which we came: Christ. Christ is the Word of God and Christ is the Light of God.

In order to receive instruction in the doctrine of Christ, we must all go through a separation and cleansing from that thread of death. This separation begins with our being born again by the baptism of the Holy Spirit evidenced by the manifestation of tongues. Have you received this seal from the Father?

It is by this new experience of the seal with tongues that we're able to begin our cleansing from false indoctrination and from the fruit of iniquity which we had been nurturing within our hearts so that we can be made into vessels of God's glory ready to be presented back to Him with shouts of joy as those who have grown up into the fullness and stature of Christ even the midst of such great contradiction as this world.

Would you like to receive instruction in the apostles doctrine with assistance in going through your separation and cleansing from the kingdom and power of darkness? If yes, we'll need to know if have you yet received this baptism of fire with the evidence of tongues and then we'll be able to assist you in either seeking Him for this seal of His Spirit or in learning to work with the Spirit of God with faith perfected in Christ.

Living by faith or instinct?

God justifies faith, not behavior.

decisions based on emotion aren't decisions, they're instincts.

God justifies faith by His knowledge but the worldly minded justify sin.

Isaiah 53:11   He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.

The world judges one another by behavior and condemned Christ to death for eating with sinners, eating with unclean hands, knocking over the money changing tables in the temple, working on the sabbath day, and speaking of Himself as being equal to and inseparable from God.

God justifies faith, not behavior... but God governs faith and behavior.

Stewardship and priesthood began with Adam. God gives knowledge to the steward for reflection and building... that knowledge governs faith. God gave the Law of Moses to set restrictions on the expression of iniquity... not as a standard for faith but so as to slow the destructive inclinations of man acting instinctively.

The Law of Moses was not for the righteous but for the unrighteous. (1 Tim 1:9, Rom 3:21, Rom 4:13, Rom 8:4, Rom 10:4)

God first tames faith with grace and truth through stewardship. This is invisible.
God then goes on to tame behavior. This is visible.

God is not yoking us again to the law of Moses. The law of grace and truth are for the righteous. The operation of God to tame our hearts begins within the heart and is then reflected without. This is all one process by one Spirit with one yoke: Christ.

The world cannot see Christ and will not see Christ in you. The world will take offense by you regardless because you won't confirm them or conform to their way of thinking. "I have sent you as lambs among wolves."

We had learned to build many shields to look like wolves to the wolves in self defense but the Lord is now saying, "those shields cannot protect you and only become barriers to My grace."

Others will always seek to dominate and to control us. While we need not confirm them or conform to them, so also need we not offend them. They will already be offended by Christ in us (which they cannot see but the spirits they are working with can.) The demons are agitated by His presence.

While we are surrounded by protesters, we need not join in with them to survive. We can slip away (even as King David slipped away from Saul's presence) and use the 5 steps to learn from each experience with them.

Walking with God in step with Christ

I woke yesterday morning reflecting on recent cycles of growth and upon how the Lord assisted me through each transition as I chose to follow Him through them. Though my soul suffered in the moment, I'm now enjoying the rewards.

I thought of how Jesus was tempted to reach beyond the restrictions He had set for Himself when His body was aching for food... a time of great vulnerability. A bad time for a dieter to find themselves in a candy isle so to speak. Yet He did not set aside the purpose and plan of God. He was not sent into this world to satisfy every desire but to fulfill the plan of God through obedience to One voice... not many... not even the voice of these bodies which cry out daily for many things.

We also came out from God. Not to set our own restrictions but to walk with Him. We are moved by Him and resist Him not even when following after Him requires us to suffer loss of cherished substance. If God did not test our vulnerabilities, we would not be tested. For even a child can stop eating candy once they've eaten too much.

I thought of how God sent forth chief elders to go before us and learn of Him that we may also learn of Him by their instruction and example. Jesus used His apostles, before their conversion, as living epistles of the record He was setting for faith. They lacked understanding but could testify of that which they saw, heard, and experienced.

It was after their conversion that the Lord multiplied His stewardship in them. While the leaders of the Jews thought they had silenced this voice they could no longer suffer to hear, they had in fact been used by God to transition His plan from flesh to flame according to His plan and promise from before the foundation of the world. Now there were many stewards speaking with one voice which they could no longer suffer to hear.

I had something come to mind that Chief Apostle Eric has shared many times but that had never 'clicked' for me. It was as if the Lord had just taught this too me but then I remembered many times Eric emphasized this but that I had not understood why at those times. The knowledge was now being joined to understanding. God was causing me to recall Eric sharing these things because God wanted to me connect learning from Him with the sending of His selected steward. This was very edifying.

I had other thoughts come to mind concerning balance and extremes. The Lord teaches us to do all things with cognitive awareness and to take the time to weigh all things upon His scale. This at times seems tedious and unnecessary but it is at those times that we let many things escape our attention and find ourselves wondering where the Lord is... It is by our diligence of faith with these things that we remain in cadence with Him.

We are walking with God. That means God is walking. We can't simply match pace with Him, figure out where He's heading, and then say... I'll be right back... keep going... I'll meet back up with you.

Why not? Because God is walking, stopping, starting, going here, going there... We cannot even predict the weather... we cannot know when and where it will rain next. How could we walk with Him without staying with Him? And how could we seek Him without being drawn to Him? We don't seek things we've never known of. We seek those things we've lost sight of.

Solomon denied Himself no pleasure, but that added nothing to his faith in God. Job was denied every pleasure, but that took nothing from his faith in God.
Lot lived among a condemned nation but that took nothing from his faith in God. Neither also did the idolatry around him add anything to his faith.
We never see a single example of holy men and women of God standing in the light being used by the FRS(*). Each one of the most celebrated in that system would condemn some, if not all, of the examples set forth for consideration in the scriptures (and would even sympathize with many of the protesters recorded in scripture.)

Why is this? Because reading scriptures about men and women who moved with God does not make us those men and women of faith. Only God can do that. He does this by visiting us with His Word. First with a selected steward and then with those coming into contact with that steward. God even draws people to His selected steward. The kings and queens of the earth came to visit Solomon... why went they there to see? Jesus asked this of those who came outside the city to hear John speaking.

Tour the basics free online: http://www.s8wministries.org/general.php?id=35

* For those who aren't familiar with the initials FRS... FRS = False Religious System. Those who persecuted Jesus were established leaders of the FRS during the time of His earthly ministry marking the transition from the house of Moses to the house of Christ. God has always allowed a contradiction for the testing of hearts and still does so today. Those of the FRS see nothing wrong with what they are doing and they think they are doing the will of God. John 16:2

What is Satan hoping to achieve?

Satan cares not if we build with him. He wants his adversary to suffer loss. He wants God to fail in fulfilling His plan.

Satan was the first protester and wants every person to stand in doubt of God's power and plan by setting confidence in lesser things.

If we aren't building one another up in the faith daily, then God is being denied pleasure... That's what Satan wants.

So why would we resist God's commandment to increase His house? Why would we neglect so great a gift as the grace we have been granted access to? Or why would we retain and keep from others?

I was sharing with Teacher Melissa the other day about how grace is like a motion sensing light. The light is always available to us but if we stop moving, we can no longer see.

Upon reflection on these posts from you all stewarding grace received, I'd like to add that this motion sensing light is also moving forward. The plan of God is progressing with our without us.

We can't just move in circles to trick the sensor. We have to remain in active agreement with the same rate and direction... Walking with God.

We can't fall behind and expect to see clearly. We can't run out ahead either. Grace is our master.

God is longsuffering but this is not something we want to take advantage of.

We are called upon to grow up, sober up, and stay His course through every transition. We are servants of God taught to walk in His way with faith, patience, longsuffering, and charity.

Let us assist one another in this daily that none fall short.

The Spirit of God comes not to confirm you but to confirm Christ

One of the saints offered the following edifying sacrifices:

Faith cannot work with false knowledge, and brings you to death
But by the Grace of God and His knowledge and by giving
charity you are identify the kingdom of God and receive healing And tethering our soul to God, that make us Holy and perfect in Faith

I wanted to expound on this a bit:

The Spirit of God will not confirm the lie. The lie comes from resourcing one's own understanding as the record for faith instead of Christ as received by instruction from His living apostles.

People often try to claim they no longer have need for apostles but they fail to notice that the apostles wrote about laying the foundation of truth in the hearts of believers but never put that doctrine in writing. It would be like trying to learn to function in the Levitical priesthood by scriptures alone... wouldn't get far.

So also with Christ. Apostles are sent by Him to instruct. Without this foundation knowledge, we are left to role playing games as we see everywhere we look in this dark dimension. There is no reality in that. Without stewardship, even hearing the voice of God and receiving gifts from Him is of none effect.

1 Corinthians 13:1
Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.

1 Corinthians 13:2
And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.

1 Corinthians 13:3
And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.

Charity and truth are twins. Charity is the expression of truth from the anointing. Without experiencing Christ in us, we cannot give expression to Christ from the anointing. Our words would therefore reflect confusion and could not clarify, direct, or draw faith. The Spirit cannot work with the sowing of darkness EVEN if we sprinkle our communication with words like "Jesus", "Christ", "Spirit", "God", "Tether", "Tutor", etc...

Apostle Paul is bringing this to the attention of those who were struggling in the faith. They were struggling because of a disconnect in their understanding. They were not properly handling the doctrine provided to them and without maintaining the purity of this knowledge, it becomes of none effect for those who remove it from the altar and priesthood of Christ.

New name in Christ: None shall be known of Him by the letter

While sinners who lay claim to know God always stand confident in themselves, they lack confidence in Christ.

The Lord knows every one of His by name and His Spirit and Word abides in them as they also abide in Him by His Spirit and Word.

For though we were only assigned a letter when sent into this dimension, He also assigned a name for all those who return back to Him and will reveal this to us upon our homecoming.

Isaiah 62:2, Revelation 2:17

http://www.apostlejohnwelty.com/2013/05/deeper-things-s8w-ministries-online.html

The Bible is NOT the Word of God. The Bible is NOT Truth... Christ is

Some wish to define truth as “what the Bible says”.  This appears to simplify the definition of truth. But the Bible is not truth, it is paper and ink. We can all pick up the Bible and read the same words and draw different conclusions as to what is consistent to God’s character, purpose, and plan. Hence we all define truth (the plan of God concerning Christ) differently even though we all read the same Bible.

God does NOT inspire man’s imagination with scripture. It is the truth that is contained in the Bible that is inspired by God. This is why the apostle Peter warned, “...no prophecy of the scripture is of any PRIVATE interpretation,” (see 2 Peter 1:20).  And while many freely quote this scripture; it seems strange that they openly break this commandment by interpreting scripture “privately” despite the warning. (See also 2 Peter 3:16)

“Private” interpretation of scripture means: Scripture is given meaning outside of the structure of government Jesus set in place to deliver truth in pure form to the Body of Christ. It means that people are seeking to know God’s plan without that measure of grace that God uses to oversee His truth.

God created us and set within us powers of curiosity and imagination. Because of the fall of Adam these powers work against us. We cannot find truth through following vain imaginations. The understanding of truth must be granted to mankind by God because it exists outside the common experience of mankind.

While we recognize that all scripture is inspired by God, we must state that NOT all interpretation of scripture is inspired by God. Believers try to set up some safeguards; things they feel would “protect” them from committing the sin of privately interpreting the scriptures. The first thing they do is pray, “Holy Spirit teach me.” The second thing they do is go through a check list to make sure that their interpretation conforms to an acceptable standard.

But we would have to be blind not to see that this system of determining truth from scripture is not working. Believers are all coming up with different ideas about what the plan of God is for man’s redemption, and different ways of believing in God based on what we have interpreted from the Bible despite these safeguards.

We know that the Holy Spirit is not confused; He is not teaching each Christian a different truth, so the error does not lie with the Holy Ghost. The error lies with the system we have chosen to reveal truth.

Those who privately interpret the scriptures are trying to claim a truth from scripture without possessing truth itself. They have forgotten that truth originates from Jesus Christ Himself and that He oversees a system or government through which He reveals that pattern of our contact with Him.

When speaking of a “system” or “government” we are speaking of the KINGDOM of God. Every kingdom has a system of government through which the king rules. Jesus is the King that rules in the kingdom of God through the government and system of His own choosing.

We see His system of government in His kingdom consistently in the book of Acts and throughout the epistles that the apostles wrote. For example we read in Ephesians 2:20, “And are built upon the foundation of the APOSTLES and PROPHETS, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief corner stone.”

Ephesians 4:11, “And He gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers.”

The kingdom of Jesus Christ, His system of government, begins with Himself. He then gives a measure of grace to the apostles to instruct the church. This is the message that the prophets confirm, the evangelists preach, the teachers teach, and the pastors oversee in the hearts of the saints.

Jesus will not deviate from this system of delivering TRUTH to His Church which is not brick and steeple but His living Body speaking with One voice from One perspective and One common experience. (Luke 11:34, Jude 1:3)

Acts 1:2 - We see that Jesus gave His apostles the commandments to give to the church.

Acts 2:42 - We see that the church continued steadfastly in the apostles doctrine.

1 Corinthians 4:1 - We see that the apostles were called living stewards of the mysteries of God.

2 Peter 3:2 - We are reminded to keep in memory the commandments of the apostles.

Ephesians 1:9 - We are told that the apostles received the knowledge of the mystery of God.

The Word of God is NOT paper and ink, and the Power of God is not made manifest through paper and ink.

Because of the lack of understanding concerning grace and the manifestation of the Spirit in the assembly, the Church became satisfied with applying scripture and biblical analysis to their problems. This is NOT working with the Spirit to overcome iniquity, but working with the flesh for the fulfillment of our own curiosity and desire to change. (James 1:5)

In reviewing Hebrews 11, we see that in order to please God one must be obedient to the grace of God. Grace precedes faith. These two elements of the gospel look like this: G + F = RIGHTEOUSNESS. Jesus Christ is the righteousness of God and when faith is drawn by and a reflection of grace as issued by God from above, then faith meets the expectations of God perfectly.

Those who lack instruction by living apostles in the correct sequencing of the 12 elements of the gospel put faith before grace.  They try to be obedient to God without first receiving the grace of God. This is because they thought the revelation of God centered on their needs and they could claim “by faith” what God had provided for their needs. But God has provided Jesus Christ for salvation and the revelation of God centers on God and His plan, not on our needs.

When the gospel centers on the needs of man then believers try to walk in the love of God without the grace of God; they try to walk in the truth of God without the grace of God.

Believers  have been erroneously taught to put their faith into scripture; to go to the  Bible for revelation and communication from God about their needs because  God is  now  supposed  to disclose His will and  make  Himself  known through paper and ink. THIS IS NOT SO. Faith must be set in Christ who IS the living Word of God. The Word of God is the person of Christ, the scriptures testify of Him but are NOT Him. (John 5:37-40)

Those who do not understand the grace of God teach others to “act upon” what they have understood from scripture, thinking that God will empower this action upon scripture and will approve of it, calling this thing they do with scripture faith in Him. Grace is then misrepresented to be God's favor towards them because they have demonstrated their “faith” by acting on scripture.

This pattern is NOT in the covenant of Jesus Christ; this pattern is NOT taught by living apostles of Jesus Christ; this pattern will NOT bear forth fruit to Jesus Christ.

This pattern demonstrates hypocrisy (pretended obedience to God). Under the influence of this pattern the elements now read: F - G = HYPOCRISY (faith minus grace equals hypocrisy) instead of G + F = RIGHTEOUSNESS as we described earlier. Trying to walk by faith without grace means that we are allowing vain imaginations to set the standard for our obedience to God.

Jesus uses Himself as the pattern for change; Jesus uses Himself as the point of contact. The spirit of our mind is renewed by the knowledge we gain when we experience the Spirit of Christ transforming the old to become new as He creates His likeness in the inner man.

It must be clearly stated that the divine power for divine change does NOT come through reading the scriptures; it comes through our daily experience with the power and presence of Jesus Christ. (2 Peter 1:3-4, John 14:21)

He is the LIVING WORD of God, the LIVING PATTERN, the living model, method, mold, design, impression that God uses to give a new inspiration to the spirit of our mind to follow. The "Word of God" is not paper and ink! (John 1:1; 1 John 1:1; Hebrews 4:12)

The Bible is NOT this living pattern, the Bible is scripture --- the written record of what the pattern looks like, to confirm what the salvation of God is, and how to work with it (which interpretation needs the oversight of God-called, living apostles who are ambassadors of His kingdom who function on behalf of His interests and not their own.)

The Body must come together in one mind concerning the work of the Spirit.

Colossians 1:15-16 (S8W Ministries Online Assembly)

The expectation of our hope is sustained by the Lord by the tokens of grace which strengthens us in the time of trouble and contradiction of sinners. The thief comes to steal our fellowship with God by setting fellowship within the distortions of the mind. God draws back the curtain of deception that we may be true to Him, teaching us to separate our thoughts to the covenant terms provided for our faith.

Not all men have faith. The called, chosen, and faithful remnant shall be saved

We all have access to grace in Christ. But not all show willingness to receive from Him. Most in fact choose to stand in their own prejudices and light their way by that which they can see naturally.

It's important to make clear though that Jesus is not our substitute but our propitiation. He did not make a summary trade with us. He died on the cross for our benefit. He was fulfilling His plan from before the foundation of the world and opening the door for the purging of our consciences by the engrafting of His Spirit, instruction in doctrine, and the taking on of His own substance within our hearts through the operation of God in us.

It is the remnant that shall be received back to Him in glory. Not the common rock from the soil but those who withstood testing and purification by the work of His Spirit in them as they stood fast in the faith against the blowing of every wind.

God always makes a selection from a selection from a selection...

Revelation 17:14
These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, AND chosen, AND faithful.

Matthew 22:14
For many are called, but few are chosen.

2 Thessalonians 3:2
And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for all men have not faith.

Does God accept your faith?

The scriptures were written by those who were experiencing the Spirit of God working with them as they worked within the restrictions revealed by God for faith.

Faith follows after grace. When "faith" precedes grace, it is cursed by God and called aspiration which works not with the Spirit of God but with the imagination of man doing only that which seems right in his own sight.

Judges 17:6
In those days there was no king in Israel, but every man did that which was right in his own eyes.

This is not your daddy's religion

The doctrine which we receive of Christ by instruction through His living stewardship prepares us for our labor with the divine power of His Spirit at His altar.

By man's religion, we were taught to seek God's honor and pleasure by using our gifts and talents we find within ourselves. We were taught that God gave us these things for this purpose.

We now know that these doctrines were of man and not of God and were driven by the spirit of anti-Christ and were not inspired by the Holy Spirit of God who we can recognize after our separation, cleansing, and preparation for the spiritual priesthood of Christ.

We are now pleasing Him only with those things of His Spirit which proceed forth from Him for faith in Christ. God gave us unique gifts and talents to function in this world, not in the house of Christ. God gives us of His Spirit and Truth for our function of faith in the offering up of spiritual sacrifices sanctioned for use in His Name.

Doing what we can do

I heard this line during a preview of the soon to be released Star Trek movie, "I don't know what I'm supposed to do. I only know what I can do."

This speaks quite well to the state of Adam in darkness. Why don't they know? Because they think its impossible to know. They think they can effect change without knowing the purpose of their existence. They think their part its to do what they feel they CAN do.

Luke  18:27 And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.
What are these things? Knowing the mind of Christ. Jesus was explaining to His apostles that man cannot know what God had concealed from him without being joined to Him. He said, possible WITH God.

What man thinks is possible, is without value to God. Man doing what he can works darkness. This is what Apostle Paul says he counted as dung (Philippians)

We are called to walk above the waters with God through faith in Christ. We have a spiritual priesthood. This spiritual priesthood is not restricted by the law of these waters which condemns. We are carpooled to walk with Him by knowledge with understanding hearts.

We don't do what we can. We obey His voice. And by this, the waters part before us as we follow after His Spirit working with His His selected steward.

(Matthew 14:29, 1 Peter 2:5, Exodus 23:22)

This has been my common daily experience since learning of the covenant knowledge and true hope of Christ 11 years ago. Are you also experiencing this Christ? I write this not to those who yet slumber in darkness but to those who have been awakened and are seeking Him for His Light. You will not find His light in darkness. You can behold Him here and now. His kingdom is at hand.

Colossians 1:22 (S8W Ministries Online Assembly)

Embedded Assembly Video follows notes:

God is knowledge. God is love. To know the love of God we must know His knowledge.

To know knowledge, we must learn His language. As His knowledge is pure, so must we learn of His pure language. (Zephaniah 3:9)

To learn the language, we learn the alphabet which is made up of letters.

But the letters are not the alphabet and the alphabet is not the language and the language is not the knowledge. Each is a representation portion of the source.

Christ is the word of God because all of these parts are made full through contact with Him. But apart from Him none of these can give expression to the power of His virtue. The love of God is the expression of that power which proceeds forth from His fullness: Christ. To know Him we must be joined to Him and to be joined to Him we must know how.

The letter cannot identify its source but the word carries His Name. Letter is without context for discernment and so does precept upon precept cause one to fall backwards.

"But the word of the Lord was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken." (Isaiah 28:13)

Isaiah was speaking of those who were trying to learn the word by studying the letters. While the letters came out from the word, they are not the word. To know Him in truth we must be working with His stewardship and Spirit for this is the Word of God.

If you’d like to come into covenant with God, you have to begin to seek God. You’re also going to have to put aside the barriers of your former traditions and your mindset. You’re going to have to seek Him with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength if you want to come into covenant with God. God Must Reveal Christ for Faith to be Found Perfect in Him

I had a rather angry person on Facebook send me this message, "There are no NEW REVELAIONS, it the same Word of God that has been settled in heaven for eternity and always accomplishes what HE PLEASES."

He was implying that revelation from God deviates from God. This irrational fear comes from lacking discernment which comes through instruction in truth by living apostles of Christ. When we have the foundation of truth laid within our hearts by living apostles, we are able to try the spirits to see if they be of God.

Why would the apostles give this commandment if the Lord was ceasing to communicate with His people through dreams, visions, and manifold graces? Why would Jesus promise to manifest Himself to those of us who assembly in His Name? Jesus and His apostles would've said, the heavens are closing... you can be sure that anything from here on out is NOT of God. Would make for some easy discernment no?

But they did not say this because THAT would contradict His own pattern and plan for the redemption of our souls. Rejecting instruction in sound doctrine from living stewards of the mystery of Christ and rejecting the daily tokens of His grace shows a lack of heavenly wisdom.

The letter cannot bring you into the Name of the Lord. Only God can do that by revelation. The letter is in part but Christ is the fullness of God. This is why His gospel in truth remains a mystery to the carnal minded even though they daily study His inspired writings. Jesus is the open sign but Christ is the concealed sign. While all men could see Jesus, not all can perceive Christ.

Matthew 16:17
And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.
