Deliverance Follows Obedience

Deliverance Follows Obedience
Prepare your heart to seek God for obedience that you may observe and do all that Christ has commanded through His holy apostles.
"For then will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the LORD, to serve Him with one consent." (Zephaniah 3:9)

Perfect Faith: Free from Sin

Faith must be without sin and free from the contamination of false knowledge. Faith must be perfect for God measures faith against His standard who is Christ.

As Jesus was recorded teaching His apostles, “Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.” (Matthew 5:48)

God took the form of flesh in the person of Jesus to set the record for the faith our faith to follow. Jesus shed His blood on the cross to purchase a new and better covenant with new and better promises. His blood purchased this covenant and His blood sanctifies His knowledge and the tools of His new priesthood. Apostle Paul expounds on all of this in the book of Hebrews. The doctrine of Christ, which we preach, makes known the commandments of His new covenant which He gives to His apostles to give to the church. You can see this in the first two chapters of the book of Acts.

John 5:14 Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee.

John 8:11 She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.

Romans 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
