Deliverance Follows Obedience

Deliverance Follows Obedience
Prepare your heart to seek God for obedience that you may observe and do all that Christ has commanded through His holy apostles.
"For then will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the LORD, to serve Him with one consent." (Zephaniah 3:9)

Scriptures not given for our pleasure but for His own

Apart from stewardship, the inclination of the heart is to use the testimony of God for the glory of the flesh and for fulfilling the desires of the heart. We see this with those who withstood Moses, we see this with those who demanded a molten calf, we see this with the children of Israel after the death of Joshua and the elders, and the apostles of the first 8th week warned of this happening after their passing. (Numbers 16, Exodus 32:1-6, Judges 1:1; 2:3, Acts 20:29)

The scriptures testify of Christ but they do not reign in the heart. To rule the heart, believers must subject themselves to Christ who rules the Body with His sanctified government, truth, and Spirit. Apart from this 3 fold cord, the bone is broken and faith cannot stand. This is the pattern and testimony of Christ by which all those who believe are converted, saved, and find rest from the endless struggle against iniquity which the unconverted call christianity but God calls unrighteousness.

Come out from among them and be sealed with His Spirit, anointed with truth, and counted among the overcomers who are clothed and crowned by the Lord Himself.
