Deliverance Follows Obedience

Deliverance Follows Obedience
Prepare your heart to seek God for obedience that you may observe and do all that Christ has commanded through His holy apostles.
"For then will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the LORD, to serve Him with one consent." (Zephaniah 3:9)

Pattern and Power of our Deliverance

I woke this morning with this sacrifice on my lips: the righteous have a choice.

We have a choice between reflecting on the record of Christ in truth and building accordingly with His tokens of mercy or returning to destructive patterns which corrode and corrupt.

Those who battle or struggle to choose faith are resisting grace. Sinners see the yoke of Christ as something to strain under as they see in presentations of Jesus carrying the cross but this is not the yoke of His covenant.

The yoke of His covenant is easy and light for our every choice to reflect is met by power to express Him perfectly.

Psalms  85:10   Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.
