Deliverance Follows Obedience

Deliverance Follows Obedience
Prepare your heart to seek God for obedience that you may observe and do all that Christ has commanded through His holy apostles.

James 4v1-8 (S8W Ministries Online Assembly)

War takes place in the soul when the principle of man is the tool of expression. For the knowledge, void of Christ, works with that spirit of sedition to resist grace. The common salvation is not this struggle against iniquity, but the common labor of faith by which grace and peace rule in the new man.

Assembly summary by Apostle Andres Rios: Summary

International Prayer Assembly (IPA) - December 29th, 2012

The power for eternal life is in the incorruptible seed.

Christ remains a mystery to the carnal minded but those who walk after the Spirit are given eyes to behold Him from above.

The fruit of the Spirit springs from no other seed than the record revealed by God through living apostles of Christ.

All those who partake of Christ in truth experience the living and present witness of the Father from above.

As fresh water is necessary for the life of the body, so also must the soul partake daily from the stream of grace from the throne of God.

Truth connects faith to God through Christ. Without truth, no man can know God but from the anointing of truth we have the mind of Christ.

Faith is measured by God according to His Holiness. Therefore must faith abide in Christ to be sustained by the Father.

Blessed are they who stand fast in Christ for they are not ruled by fear and doubt.

Even as armor only protects while being worn, so does truth protect and preserve when used for faith in Christ.

Even as a wild horse must be tamed within the confines of a corral, so must Adam learn obedience within the boundaries of the covenant knowledge of Christ.

Faith is found pleasing in the sight of God when tethered to Christ through His Spirit.

Seek not your own pleasure before seeking to fulfill the pleasure of God through faith in Christ.

Perfect Faith: Free from Sin

Faith must be without sin and free from the contamination of false knowledge. Faith must be perfect for God measures faith against His standard who is Christ.

As Jesus was recorded teaching His apostles, “Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.” (Matthew 5:48)

God took the form of flesh in the person of Jesus to set the record for the faith our faith to follow. Jesus shed His blood on the cross to purchase a new and better covenant with new and better promises. His blood purchased this covenant and His blood sanctifies His knowledge and the tools of His new priesthood. Apostle Paul expounds on all of this in the book of Hebrews. The doctrine of Christ, which we preach, makes known the commandments of His new covenant which He gives to His apostles to give to the church. You can see this in the first two chapters of the book of Acts.

John 5:14 Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee.

John 8:11 She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.

Romans 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

God's Unmerited Favor

Many teach that the definition of grace is: God's unmerited favor.

We teach that this simple definition falls short of the full understanding of grace taught by apostles of Christ and confirmed by all inspired writings. Falling short means incomplete, not entirely wrong… but only a bit of truth which allows the imagination to run with it as the heart desires. Truth sets that unsanctified behavior in check by setting restrictions on each of the 12 elements of the gospel of Christ (grace being the first.)

Apostles Today

While some people say that the doctrine we teach does not support the inspired scriptures, this is not true. The apostles doctrine does not support private interpretation of the scriptures inspired by God. The doctrine which we teach is also inspired by God and revealed by the same spirit of grace as with the apostles of the first 8th week during the 1st century.

Truth cannot be found. It cannot be gleaned from scriptures. It must be revealed by the Spirit of grace. This is why the apostles wrote concerning the mystery of Christ.

Ephesians 3:2-4
2 If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward:
3 How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words,9
4 Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ)

God has always revealed truth to apostles by the measure of grace provided for that calling so that they can function in that office and calling of God’s election.

Christ is Truth and we serve Him as servant stewards of His holy ordered knowledge as He wills. The doctrine that we teach is not ours but His that sends us.

James 3v13-18 (S8W Ministries Online Assembly)

With patient endurance the just walk to the temple of Lord reflecting upon His ways and rejoicing in the testimony of the Lord. For by these things the heart seeks to know Him and withholds any counsel that offends to be ready to hear His grace.

Three Types of Grace from God

There are three types of grace issued from above for faith in Christ.

The first is grace for salvation is poured out to those who are unconverted.
This includes those who are seeking Him but have not yet received the baptism of the holy Spirit with tongues and instruction in His way of righteousness through living apostles.
This also includes those who have received the baptism of the Spirit with tongues but have not yet received the foundation of truth. As Jesus said to Peter, AFTER you are converted, strengthen the brethren (Luke 22:32)

This leads us to the 2nd type of grace which is grace for growth. God issues grace for growth to those who are resourcing His holy ordered knowledge and the sanctified spiritual tools to increase the substance of His kingdom and glory. (1 Peter 2:9, 2 Peter 3:18)

The 3rd type of grace is grace for calling which God issues to those who have experience with the anointing of truth and are overcoming and have had their calling revealed by God and confirmed by the chief elders. (Ephesians 3:2-4)

The 12 Elements of the Gospel are: Grace and Faith, Righteousness and Justification, Sanctification and Holiness, Peace and Rest, Truth and Charity, Regeneration and Renewing of the Mind: http://www.s8wministries.org/course.php?id=13

Peace with God

Faith in Christ is enmity with Man. As Jesus testified:

Matthew 10:34-36
34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

When we're talking about the world, we're talking about a system. We're talking about the philosophies embraced by the world and the tools they use for pursuing increase in the substance of that system. God has authorized the system of the world but has not sanctified it for faith.

The beasts of the field live by instinct to adapt to the environment they find themselves in but by faith in Christ, we are made able to stand upright and enter into a new environment provided by God for faith in Christ.

This new environment is also a system with knowledge and tools provided for increasing in the substance of that system but you cannot use both systems for building. If you choose both, you have chosen the world and are at enmity with God. If you choose the authorized and sanctified system provided by God, you will become an offense to those who are building and increasing in the system of the world. Thus, faith in Christ is enmity with Man.

The angels announced peace on earth at the coming of Christ and this will be fulfilled at the beginning of His 1000 year millennial reign... but first the righteous will be taken up by Him and He shall pour out His wrath for 7 years of tribulation. Those who forsake suffering in Christ now shall suffer needlessly without reward.

Christ is the Door of Entrance

While Christ is the door of entrance into God's covenant care, those who choose to exit must do so by opening the window of the imagination.

The grace and truth of God always direct faith into the covenant priesthood of Christ.

Reprobate Faith?

Many professing Christ are trying to form a relationship with Him by precept and not faith. When precept replaces grace and truth, faith becomes reprobate.

2 Timothy  3:8   Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.

Effectual Faith in Christ

Through God providing the seed in truth, preparing the soul with grace, and instructing us as priests in gaining access to His Spirit, we know how to benefit from the efficacy of Christ to bring forth an increase of His virtue which is the only commodity valued in His kingdom. Praise God!

1 Peter  1:2 Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.

1 Peter  2:5 Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.

1 Peter  2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:

Intimidated by Talk of the Covenant and Priesthood of Christ?

While the multitudes and established religious leaders of the world honor the dead with sainthood while reserving the priesthood to the few, God has called us all to be Kings and Priests in Christ.

Revelation 1:6
"And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen."

Thus fulfilling the prophecy of Moses who wrote of the new and better covenant of Christ which was to follow after him:

Numbers 11:29
"And Moses said unto him, Enviest thou for my sake? would God that all the LORD'S people were prophets, and that the LORD would put his spirit upon them!"

And as Apostle Peter wrote:

1 Peter 2:5
"Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ."

The offering up of spiritual sacrifices is the prophecy of which Moses was shown. For by His grace we partake of His holy ordered knowledge and by faith we give expression to Christ through our lips.

As Jesus spoke:

Matthew 12:37
"For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned."

Therefore let your heart be anointed with truth through apostolic instruction that you may serve the Lord with the pure language of faith!

Zephaniah 3:9
"For then will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the LORD, to serve Him with one consent."

Not the Faith of Your Fathers

The established religious leaders of the first century had the temple, the inspired scriptures, and were faithful to the traditions of their fathers but did not recognize Jesus as Christ. What were they lacking? Faith in God.

John  5:39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.  5:40 And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.

Faith is drawn by grace and directed by the knowledge of Christ. Trust not in the traditions of your fathers but join your faith to Christ in grace and truth and your faith shall be sustained by Him daily and fail not.

Christ is not to be found in our personal relationships but in the fellowship of the mystery of Christ among the saints

In the system of the world, people choose leaders who they are willing to follow by examining their personalities and attributes (speaking prowess, financial acumen, etc…) They look for qualities which they feel they can see promise in; qualities which they feel will help them achieve those things they aspire to.

In contrast, God chooses according to His own selection. He chose David who was overlooked even by his own father and raised him up as king while the people had chosen Saul who stood taller than those around him and was preferred by the people over His servant Prophet Samuel. We see this also with God choosing Moses who had a soft voice. The Lord used Him even when Moses contested and asked the Lord to send his brother instead. (1 Samuel 9:1, 10:24, 15:35, 16:11; Exodus 4:10-16)

We see that concerning God’s election for stewardship of His holy knowledge, God is not a respecter of persons but selects according to faith. So also we see that all those of faith follow after Him in recognition of His governance by despising not those whom He has chosen to raise up as stewards of His own house.

This is a very different system and house than what we see in the chuches today where leaders are elected by screening and evaluation as one would hire a new employee best suited to serve the purposes of the organization.

We can also see within congregations of the churches today that people are seeking Christ within the relationships that are formed between individuals. This is often the goal of programs and events designed to encourage socialization between members and for the weaving together of lives into a tapestry which they feel brings glory and honor to God because of the purity of their intentions and zeal to please Him.

When they seek to find Christ or demonstrate Christ within these relationships, they begin to develop a need or dependency upon these relationships to see Christ. This shifts focus from the bonds of charity which lash us to the altar of Christ to the straps of the soil which keep us in bondage to the cares of the world. Apostles of Christ preach of the covenant and priesthood of Christ for it is the spiritual priesthood of Christ which sets the pattern and provides the power for us to experience liberty in Christ.

Matthew 10:34-39
34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. 35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. 36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household. 37 He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. 38 And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me. 39 He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.

Acts 10:1-6 (God manifests His grace in the form of a vision by His Spirit to direct Cornelius and his house to His selected steward.)
1 There was a certain man in Caesarea called Cornelius, a centurion of the band called the Italian band,
2 A devout man, and one that feared God with all his house, which gave much alms to the people, and prayed to God alway.
3 He saw in a vision evidently about the ninth hour of the day an angel of God coming in to him, and saying unto him, Cornelius.
4 And when he looked on him, he was afraid, and said, What is it, Lord? And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before God.
5 And now send men to Joppa, and call for one Simon, whose surname is Peter:
6 He lodgeth with one Simon a tanner, whose house is by the sea side: he shall tell thee what thou oughtest to do.

Ephesians 3:8-12
8 Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;
9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:
10 To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God,
11 According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord:
12 In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him.

Seek Him where He is to be found.

Miracle of Healing and Renewal

I was reminded a couple of weeks ago, while spending time with family, about traumatic childhood events that once dominated my thinking but hadn't been thought of again since entering into covenant with God eleven years ago.

I hadn't realized the healing He had performed in my heart concerning those experiences until seeing it all play out again in others who had also been through the same.

While the memory of those experiences from my past came back to mind, the power of them to dominate and direct my thoughts and emotions was removed. I was able to consider those events objectively.

This brought to mind Chief Apostle Eric's analogy to the books being removed from the shelves but the cards remaining in the library catalog. The memory is still present but the power is removed from it by His work of purging and healing within the souls of those keeping covenant with Him.

Praise God for His ongoing work of regenerating our souls as we simply labor in faith with His knowledge and tokens from above!

Only Christ Can Save Us From Darkness

Hope does not free us from darkness. God raises up a deliverer to make known His plan which He confirms through His prophets and by grace and faith we hear His voice and follow after Him by the word of His servant steward. Jn 17:20; 1 Cor 4:16, 11:1; Phil 3:17

Take Nothing from the Enemy

I was reflecting the other day about how we were taught to identify ourselves by our experiences and passions.

But, we know from Chief Apostle Eric's pre-birth testimony, as well as the Lord's testimony concerning Prophet Jeremiah (Jer 1:5), that we were not formed by this world. We were formed by God prior to our entering this world.

The powers of the world corrupted, soiled, and stained that which was ready to receive new experiences. Those thoughts and patterns are not ours. We learned them and thought we needed them to survive but from the foundation of truth taught to us by living apostles of Christ, the Lord is teaching us daily to trust the sufficiency of His grace as we experience His witness from above in confirmation of Christ.

We who keep covenant with Him are safe now in His rest and refuge. He is our true and intended identity. Praise God!

Now is the time for Faith in Christ

I received the word of wisdom "Now is not our time" this morning while reflecting upon Jesus choosing to restrict the powers of His divinity to abide within the restrictions of the plan of God for our redemption.

Now is not our time meaning that while we were born kings and called priests, now is the time for the testing, cleansing and healing within our hearts.
Now is the time for His spiritual fruit to be formed within us.
Now is the time for our spiritual growth as we gain wisdom and understanding from above by shouldering the yoke of Christ and learning of Him by walking in humbled obedience to the voice of God concerning faith in Christ.
Now is not the time for us to rule as kings. Every heir must first be prepared by the due processes determined by God. This due process is the record of Christ which our faith must follow to be made living by the Spirit of God.

Pattern and Power of our Deliverance

I woke this morning with this sacrifice on my lips: the righteous have a choice.

We have a choice between reflecting on the record of Christ in truth and building accordingly with His tokens of mercy or returning to destructive patterns which corrode and corrupt.

Those who battle or struggle to choose faith are resisting grace. Sinners see the yoke of Christ as something to strain under as they see in presentations of Jesus carrying the cross but this is not the yoke of His covenant.

The yoke of His covenant is easy and light for our every choice to reflect is met by power to express Him perfectly.

Psalms  85:10   Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.

Powers of the World to Come

I was thinking today of how the Lord has not granted us power to lift the restrictions of our frailty but has granted us power to worship Him with pure hearts in holiness.

As I thought of this limitless power He's granted us access to, I could sense a brightening within me as faith surged in my heart.

Praise God for granting us access to the powers of the world to come even now as we are under the restrictions of these bodies of flesh!

James 2v6-12 (S8W Ministries Online Assembly)

Embedded Assembly Video Below

The Lord of Hosts mediates our faith through the tokens of the covenant where His Mercy is the seat of His law for the righteous. This is the wisdom of the Lord. For those of faith know the direction of the Wind and discern the signs of the season in which they, preparing their heart, will not be found naked.

Those that break the bone by their faithlessness are not justified before His holiness and offer strange fire to the Lord. But the anointing of His truth teaches us His ways in word and in deed.

The discernment of the ungodly is in the puzzle of the text by which they place each piece to reflect their own mind not mirroring Christ.

Freedom from sin through Faith IN Christ

Are you growing weary in your struggle against the works of the flesh which bring forth the fruits of iniquity? Do you struggle against the thoughts and driving power towards adultery, fornication, uncleanness, hatred, wrath, strife, envyings, murders, drunkenness and the like? (Gal 5:19-21)

Many read apostle Paul's enumeration of these and strive against them to show forth the fruit of the Spirit (Gal 5:22-23) But this is not how the apostles doctrine teaches us to overcome through faith in Christ. As Paul wrote, "This I say then, Walk in the Spirit and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh." He did not say to strive against the flesh but Walk in the Spirit.

To know what it means to walk in the Spirit and overcome through faith in Christ, you must learn that walking pertains to a form of active agreement (Amos 3:3) and being IN the Spirit has to do with faith being exercised within the boundaries God set in the Covenant of Christ (not Moses). God set boundaries on the expression of faith so that walking in the Spirit would reflect Christ and glorify Him. Apart from the knowledge of the Covenant of Christ in truth, faith gives expression to the flesh and testifies of an endless struggle against iniquity. That struggle does not glorify Christ for that struggle testifies of sin and death which have no more power over those who have been instructed in the spiritual priesthood of Christ.

The wicked of this world embrace and rejoice in the works of the flesh and the power they find in them to influence and bind others.

The unconverted believers of this world strive against the works of the flesh and seek strength in vain through various philosophies and imaginings.

The righteous are those believers who have taken up the yoke of the knowledge of Christ and walking WITH God in the Spirit and have found rest from their past vain labor through the spiritual priesthood of Christ through which they glorify Him daily with offerings of pure praise.

Join us and let us teach you the foundation knowledge of Christ which truly gives spiritual sight to eyes blinded by darkness and raises flesh bound faith from the grave of this world that it may walk upright in Christ's power and virtue!

Scriptures not given for our pleasure but for His own

Apart from stewardship, the inclination of the heart is to use the testimony of God for the glory of the flesh and for fulfilling the desires of the heart. We see this with those who withstood Moses, we see this with those who demanded a molten calf, we see this with the children of Israel after the death of Joshua and the elders, and the apostles of the first 8th week warned of this happening after their passing. (Numbers 16, Exodus 32:1-6, Judges 1:1; 2:3, Acts 20:29)

The scriptures testify of Christ but they do not reign in the heart. To rule the heart, believers must subject themselves to Christ who rules the Body with His sanctified government, truth, and Spirit. Apart from this 3 fold cord, the bone is broken and faith cannot stand. This is the pattern and testimony of Christ by which all those who believe are converted, saved, and find rest from the endless struggle against iniquity which the unconverted call christianity but God calls unrighteousness.

Come out from among them and be sealed with His Spirit, anointed with truth, and counted among the overcomers who are clothed and crowned by the Lord Himself.

Looking for Good in Others

Many seek to find the good in people but this philosophy offends God. Why? Because man does not reflect Christ in the flesh. Even Jesus said, "Why callest thou me good? none is good, save one, that is, God." ( Luke 18:19)

He said this because they were attempting to find virtue in Him apart from God. Jesus was teaching them the same thing Apostle James wrote:

"Do not err, my beloved brethren. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning." (James 1:16-17)

In other words, "Don't be deceived by your own hearts. There is nothing of value apart from Christ and so must faith remain joined to Him through the tokens if His Spirit which He issues from above."

These are the tokens of the spiritual priesthood of Christ to which we've all been called by Him. It through our joining to Him by faith through these things from above that we increase in His glory and virtue according to His own power and design.

So it is not wise to seek value apart from these things within ourselves or in others. Wisdom begins with God revealing Christ and continues daily as we learn how to remain joined to Him through the tethering and tutelage of His ministering spirits. (Hebrews 1:14)

Hope for EVERY soul in Christ

The gospel of Christ is a message of hope to EVERY soul. The Lord welcomes every soul but refuses every philosophy of man. As we were born into this world ready to absorb knowledge and new experience, so must we be ready to enter into covenant with Him through faith in Christ. The Lord provides for our separation, cleansing, and healing in Him. Those ready to fully submit their souls to His care shall receive of Him fully. Blessed are all those who do.

Apostles of Christ assist us by keeping us in mind of the power, pattern, and priesthood provided by God in His grace and truth. Apostolic truth enables us to make these connections so that we don't take His knowledge off into another direction which would prove unprofitable for our own souls... resulting in vanity and vexation instead of increasing in His glory and virtue to which we've been called by Him. The scriptures confirm this.

The Splendor of the Lord is found in Christ

I received a word of knowledge this morning without any context along with a sense of brightening around me which brought a smile to my face. The word was splendid. I looked it up online and found this:

splendid
1. Brilliant with light or color; radiant: a splendid field of poppies.
2. Imposing by reason of showiness or grandeur; magnificent: splendid costumes.
3. Admired by many; illustrious: splendid achievements.
4. Admirable for boldness or purity; surpassing: splendid character.
5. Very good or satisfying; praiseworthy: a splendid performance in the examinations.

This describes our daily experience with the power and presence of Christ at His altar. Praise God!

James 1v18-21 (S8W Ministries Online Assembly)

Embedded Assembly Video Below

The Lord upholds the order of His knowledge and rewards all those who walk competently in His way of righteousness.

God provides living stewardship to uphold the purity and order of His holy knowledge. We saw in the aftermath of the recent hurricane that police officers had to be sent to gas stations to restore order. Without the living and present officer of the law, many were taking matters into their own hands. The officers weren't needed to pump the gas or handle the money but to give clear and consistent guidance.

We see the same with spiritual government. Without living apostles to give clear and consistent guidance, faith turns from order to dis-order and from obedience to dis-obedience.

It is also important for us to be aware of the power and tethering which works with this knowledge we're embracing. This is what Apostle James is addressing here in this epistle.

If you’d like to come into covenant with God, you have to begin to seek God. You’re also going to have to put aside the barriers of your former traditions and your mindset. Sympathetic to Christ: God's Power and Plan

I was thinking of how natural and expected it is for people to show sympathy to their own flesh and blood. The testimony to defend a lived one is discounted based on the expectation that a mother would be likely to cover for son for instance.

How much more is the inclination to defend ourselves and stand sympathetic to our own likes and dislikes? This speaks to the miracle we witness daily as God assists us with the power of Christ to overcome ourselves as we stand in agreement with His judgment of death to our old man... Aka ourselves.

I had a vision the other day of holding my old man still while he trembled in fear and pleaded for release. I saw anguish and a glimmer of hope in his eye but I looked to the one coming with handcuffs to take him away.

Sympathy has to do with harmony and resonating. There is a natural rhythm which stands contrary to God and there is the rhythm and nature of God which is contrary to our own natures.

The record of Christ teaches us how to walk in this new rhythm after the nature of or new birth in Christ. As we were born if His light, so must we learn to walk in it just as we learned to walk in darkness by blind leaders of the blind.

Praise God for making it possible for those of faith to cast off our former traditions and natures by putting on the priestly garments in service to Christ!

Saved by the Simplicity of God's Voice

I never cease to stand in awe at the simplicity of Christ in truth. Before learning of these 12 foundation stones of the altar of Christ for covenant faith in Him, I remember coming to realize that the gospel I had been taught to share by my fellow church goers was not what I had originally experienced when God awakened me to my need for Christ.

The commonly shared gospel that we were presenting had been 'simplified' to the 'bare essentials' so as to 'keep the main thing the main thing'... it was a gospel commonly found on evangelical tracks. The problem was that it actually produced confusion through the carrot and horse scenario. The promise was always placed in front of but just outside the of the horse in an attempt to keep it moving along.

I came to realize that they didn't know the God I experienced alone in my bedroom before reading a bible and before sitting in their pews... and I wasn't in touch with Him any longer either. I had been awakened by God to the fact that I was lost but I had not yet been saved until I was instructed in the new covenant doctrine of Christ by a living apostle. Praise God for restoring again sight to the blind and setting the captives free to serve Him in grace and truth!!

International Prayer Assembly (IPA) - October 27th, 2012

Blessed are they who go about the work of the Father for they wear His crown of Life upon their brow.

The Lord makes fat the souls of the righteous who daily dine at His table and drink from His well.

The joy of holiness is known by all those who love God and keep His commandments as faithful ministers of His grace.

Blessed are they who embrace Christ with holy hands for they shall be received of Him.

For the Father delights not in the sorrows of Esau but in repentance unto holiness.

The Lord gives strength for faith in Christ as we lay down the powers of our principles and aspirations in humbled submission to His voice.

They who resource the powers of this world for the glory of God bring reproach to Him and destruction to themselves but His glory abounds in the hearts of the righteous who remain tethered to Him by the power of His Spirit.

The Lord despises counterfeit faith which shows a zeal for Him without knowledge for by it are many snared but His delight is in the simplicity of Christ received in truth for by it sight is given to the eyes to behold Him who is the redeemer of their souls.

For the Lord sent Christ as the record for our faith that by our following after Him now as overcomers of self, Satan, and the word we shall also reign with Him as fellow heirs in glory.

By our function as priests at the altar of Christ we are assisted in our ability to overcome but without faith we are overcome by the cares of the world.

Think not that Christ needed to die on the cross for Adam to show forth care and concern for others but to establish a new covenant for faith to follow in grace and truth unto life eternal.

Without grace, faith is replaced by the aspiration of man while his principles replace truth and his imagination projects for peace and security in darkness… the Father takes no pleasure in these things for He his pleasure rests only in Christ.

For the Lord has said, Behold Me, Behold Me and we do so only when our eye is made single by His grace and truth.

Give unto Caesar that which is Caesar’s but God requires faith in Christ.

Faith cannot stand apart from the Spirit and the Spirit will uphold nothing less than Christ in truth.

For our strength for overcoming is not found in the removal of temptation but in our daily fellowship with Christ at His altar.

For His house is built with tongues of fire and the righteous labor not in vain.

God Inspires Faith IN Christ

God has not simply left us His inspired word but the daily inspiration of His grace that we may truly know Him as we fellowship with Him while building together with Him in the most holy faith.

John  14:21   He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

John  1:51   And he saith unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Hereafter ye shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of man.

58 Hebrews  1:14   Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?

Long Discernment

I was reflecting on a recent cycle of growth when the words of the psalmist came to mind, "Until I went to the temple and then I knew their end." The temptation was to recline into the easy chair of the familiar rhythm of nature and long established habits which sometimes feel as if we went into auto-pilot. There is no true rest in giving ourselves over to those although they feel quite comfortable in the moment. By choosing instead to go to the altar of Christ with sacrifices of faith, we are granted the eyes of the Spirit to see with long discernment through the tethering and tutelage of His ministering spirits. From His perspective, we see how those natural tendencies would only contribute to the re-building of that which the Lord is tearing down. We don't want to frustrate His work.

We can see how important it is to reflect upon our knowledge of HOW Christ works healing within our souls. As we keep ourselves mindful of His work and reflect upon His revelations concerning the progression of His care and our growth, we are keeping ourselves mindful of Christ through the assisted ability of His holy angels. Praise God for nurturing and sustaining us as we labor together with Him to increase the substance of His house. As fellow-heirs with Christ, we are also contributing to our own inheritance in Him.

James 1v10-12 (S8W Ministries Online Assembly)

Each cycle of our spiritual growth begins with revelation and we are presented with an alternative to God's plan with each scenario of testing allowed by God. Blessed are they who choose reflection over resistance for they shall wear His crown of light upon their brow.

Christ is our Hope and our Reward

God has set our hope within the covenant of Christ, and so also do we mold our confidence with the tokens of His covenant. Our overcoming is always through our choices of faith to use those things He has sanctified for our contact with Christ, not apart from those things. There is no help for the person who refuses the remedy or sets his own terms for rescue.

Hearken not to Ear Ticklers

False stewards preach
promise without covenant,
faith without grace,
charity without truth,
truth without apostles,
rest without peace,
peace without rest,
holiness without sanctification,
faith without sanctification,
justification without righteousness,
righteousness by sight,
righteousness by feel,
renewing of the mind without regeneration of the soul,
as they point and say, Christ can be found there and there without knowledge, and say Christ can do this and that without understanding.

Blessed are they who receive instruction of the Lord for they shall discern and untangle such blasphemous lies from Satan while standing fast in His presence and glorious Light.

Consistency and Substance of Christ: Our hope of Glory

I was reflecting yesterday on how great the contradiction of being in these bodies of death is. If not for the sustaining flow of grace, how could our confidence in these invisible tokens and the brightness of our hope continue increasing?

And I also thought in awe of the unity of our voices as we all testify of the same Christ... Same Spirit... Same power and knowledge and consistency of experience.

While the substance of our hope remains invisible to our natural eye, we are amassing overflowing stores of knowledge upon the bedrock of truth and our souls which we could once never satisfy are now ruled by peace in the security of His refuge.

Praise God!

Faith Flourishes in Christ

I was reflecting in how faith needs an environment within which to function. Just as my job skills need a company within which to function and find expression.

It's interesting that without Truth, unconverted believers attempt to fit what they read in scriptures into their natural environment. But faith wasn't designed to function within an environment of darkness and God has not called us to transform this world into His kingdom. Therefore they strive in vain labor without fruit.

That's how I felt in Haiti... There was much to do but little I was skilled for. I need power (electricity), tools (laptop) and a well from which to draw (Internet) in order to be productive... None of which were easy to come by.

So also must faith be joined to Christ in Truth to become fruitful. It is not our activity that redeems us. Christ does. The activity must be joined to Him and for that we must be directed by Him and actively cooperating with Him.

This is why we begin with grace and recognition of spiritual government. For if Christ is not the head, then nothing following can be of value in His kingdom.

International Prayer Assembly (IPA) - Sept 29th, 2012

For the Lord is the sustainer of our faith in Christ as we mold our confidence with the things of His Spirit provided from above.

Blessed are they who lay hold on the holy ordered knowledge of Christ for their faith shall never fail.

While the world honors those things which give a sense of peace and security to the flesh, the righteous honor Christ who brings peace and equity to the inner man through His power and presence.

Think not that the boast of the flesh brings glory to God for God judges all things according to His own holiness.

We experience the refuge of Christ when His government rests upon His shoulders and we abide within the framework and boundaries set by His Him in His covenant for our care.

Even as they who crucified Christ were students of the scriptures, so too do many continue worshipping Him in word while standing against Him by denying His Spirit, resisting His government, and forsaking His true doctrine.

As we serve Him now in righteousness, so are we in agreement with Him concerning the putting to death of our own principle and aspiration while also replacing our imagination with reflection that Christ may live in us while we die daily to ourselves.

For the righteous stand fast in the doctrine of Christ and God is the defender of all those who rest in His covenant care.

The circumcising of our hearts is only by the fire of the Spirit which works with Christ in truth to bring about true spiritual healing within us as we abide in Him.

The fruit of the Spirit is born through the cycles of our testing as the Lord chastens those He heals.

The wicked strengthen themselves through vain projections but the righteous are strengthened through reflection upon the grace and truth of God which come through Christ Jesus our Lord.

The Lord says: For behold, it is by My own right hand that I nourish your souls.

The Lord says: Behold, I come quickly, prepare yourselves with My anointing and learn of My covenant priesthood that I may receive you without spot or wrinkle.

Record and Witness (S8W Ministries Online Assembly)

Embedded Assembly Video Below

The witness and the record are one. God gives the record of Jesus Christ, to give form to our faith. Because God designed salvation this way, He empowers it by the Spirit to make your faith living. God will never deviate from this design. A flash light is worthless without a battery and our faith is worthless if God is not empowering it through His record, given to the church through stewardship.

Video Notes

Record: Pattern made living by God to bring increase.

·        Genesis 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

Record:
We can also understand this by thinking of a seed. Seeds bear the image of that which springs forth from them when they are joined to the powers of heat, light, and moisture. Witness: It is the power that gives life to the record. The seed will not grow in a bag. The seed must be joined to the power to be brought to fruition.
Record: Ordered knowledge and sanctified tokens provided by God for the expression of faith in Him.
Witness: The power provided by God in confirmation of His record.
Record: Pattern or blueprint of God’s design for faith which is made living by His Spirit (witness).
·        Hebrews 8:5 Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount.
·        Exodus 40:34 Then a cloud covered the tent of the congregation, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle.
·        1 Chronicles 28:19 All this, said David, the LORD made me understand in writing by his hand upon me, even all the works of this pattern.
·        Then David gave to Solomon his son the pattern of all that he had by the spirit. (1 Chronicles 28:11-12)
·        2 Chronicles 7:1 Now when Solomon had made an end of praying, the fire came down from heaven, and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices; and the glory of the LORD filled the house.
·        Mark 9:7 And there was a cloud that overshadowed them: and a voice came out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son: hear him.
God makes His record for faith known by revelation through stewardship. When faith follows this divine pattern, faith is made living and carried to completion by the Spirit.
·        Acts 1:2 Until the day in which he was taken up, after that he through the Holy Ghost had given commandments unto the apostles whom he had chosen:
·        1 Peter 1:23-25
23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.
24 For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away:
25 But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.
The Word: Record, pattern, seed. Christ is the Word of God.
·        Genesis 15:1 After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward.

The scriptures are not the Word. The scriptures testify of His Word.
Precept: Selecting scriptures to give witness to a record of one’s own selection or design.
Precept: Living by precept causes one to be out of step with the movement of the Spirit of God. Scriptures are selected and used to resist the move of the Spirit.
·        John 4:20-24
20 Our fathers worshipped in this mountain; and ye say, that in Jerusalem is the place where men ought to worship.
21 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father.
22 Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews.
23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.
24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
·        John 1:17 For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.

While God approved Abraham’s worship in high places, this activity was restricted by the revelation given to Moses which took faith from the high places into the tabernacle. That which had been met with God’s approval was no longer accepted by Him. God had provided knowledge and tokens for Abraham to exercise his faith but now new knowledge and new tokens were being provided by God for faith through the stewardship of Moses. All those of faith were expected to follow this move of the Spirit. As with this woman Jesus was speaking to, many resisted the move of the Spirit and selected their own record for faith.
We see this also when God took faith from the tabernacle to the temple by the revelation God gave to His servant David which again took faith into a new direction with new knowledge and new tokens for faith. Many resisted this move of the Spirit and selected scriptures written by Moses to resist the revelation given to David. All those of faith were expected to follow this move of the Spirit.
So also with Jesus. The leaders of the Jews selected scriptures to stand against Christ who was again taking faith into a new direction.
·        John 5:37-40
37 And the Father himself, which hath sent me, hath borne witness of me. Ye have neither heard his voice at any time, nor seen his shape.
38 And ye have not his word abiding in you: for whom he hath sent, him ye believe not.
39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.
40 And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.

We see that those of the precept resist those of the Spirit. Precept resists the move of the Spirit. This is why the apostles preached by the Spirit and not by the letter.

·        2 Corinthians 3:6 Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

Precept kills by resisting the record which the Spirit gives life to.
When faith follows precept, it becomes separated from the source of life.
Precept cannot tether faith to God. Precept cannot join faith to Christ. God provides His record for faith to be joined to Him by His Spirit. God provides the power of His Spirit to join our faith to Him through Christ who is the record of God for faith at this present time.
Precept provides false justification to stand independent of the Godhead and thus resist or stand against His stewardship.
The imagination works with precept. Faith works with the record of Christ.
·        Job 21:27 Behold, I know your thoughts, and the devices which ye wrongfully imagine against me.
·        Proverbs 19:21 There are many devices in a man's heart; nevertheless the counsel of the Lord, that shall stand.

The record restricts the imagination. The record stands in the power of the witness. Those who follow precept and work with the imagination testify of sin and death working within them but those who follow the record of Christ by faith testify of His Light and Life working in them.
By the record and witness, faith grows, increases, and matures. The scriptures confirm this and testify of Christ. But when scriptures are selected according to one’s own choosing to give direction for faith, the scriptures are broken. The breaking of scripture is by the precept and is as the breaking of a branch from off the tree. The scriptures were given by God for the purpose of faith remaining joined to Him through the tethering of His Spirit.
·        Psalm 82:5-7
5 They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course.
6 I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.
7 But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.
·        John 10:35 If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;

Being out of course has to do with being out of step. We cannot know God or walk in cadence with Him by our own instincts and the imagination of our own hearts. This is what Chief Apostle Peter was warning when he wrote:
·        2 Peter 3:15-18
15 And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you;
16 As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.
17 Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness.
18 But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.

For as the record and witness are joined together in our hearts, we experience the Life and Light of Christ being formed in us.
